Super Saturdays at ImaginOn

We are thrilled to announce that our Super Saturdays are back this summer at ImaginOn! As always, they are FREE and open to the public, taking place on assorted Saturdays at 2:00pm through June, July, and August.

All shows are intended for ages PreK+. Performances will take place in the Wells Fargo Theatre. No registration is required. Seating will be done on a first come, first served basis. The house will open 20 minutes before each show. Shows vary in length. If you have any questions about this summer's Super Saturday performances, please call 704.416.4630.

June 15th @ 2:00pm: SOAP BUBBLE CIRCUS

Steve Langley–aka, The Soap Bubble Circus–has traveled the world performing his unique form of Bubble Entertainment. He is a multiple Guinness World Record winner, and he has been featured in “Ripley’s Believe It, or Not.”


This exciting show is packed full of action, combining state-of-the-art puppetry, mesmerizing illusions, and a world filled with magic, mystery, and the age-old battle between good and evil.


July 6th @ 2:00pm: MAD SCIENCE: FIRE & ICE

Join us for safe and scientific fun with fire and ice! Learn about the amazing properties of fire and combustion when we produce a flaming fireball! Then, cool off with spectacular demonstrations involving dry ice.



Young readers will help an incredible factory come to life as gears turn, games unfold, and toilet paper goes flying through the air! This high-speed show is guaranteed to capture attention with lots of music, interactive play, and a valuable lesson. 


July 27th @ 2:00pm: BIG BANG BOOM

Big Bang Boom is an interactive, high-energy, educational, live musical performance. They play parent-friendly children's music for all ages. There is no sitting down for a Big Bang Boom show.


August 10th @ 2:00pm: HAMLET & THE PIRATES

Shepherd Shakespeare brings to life their newest show, the never-before-heard tale of Hamlet's adventures amongst the pirates of the North Sea. Shepherd Shakespeare strives to bring Shakespeare to areas where it might not normally be available.
