There is no charge to use Library services at ImaginOn or participate in drop-in programs.
Pre-registration is required for Children’s Theatre classes and some library programs, and tickets are required to see a show.

• From I-77 North, take John Belk Freeway / I-277 North (exit 9B) to the College Street exit. Take College Street (one-way) to 7th Street. Turn right onto 7th Street and cross the trolley tracks. ImaginOn is on the right, on the corner of 7th and Brevard, with the entrance facing 7th Street.
  
• From I-77 South or I-85, take I-77 South to Brookshire Freeway (exit 11). Take Brookshire Freeway East / I-277 South (exit 11A). Take the Church/Tryon Street exit onto 11th Street. Turn right onto Tryon Street. Turn left onto 7th Street and cross the trolley tracks. ImaginOn is on the right, on the corner of 7th and Brevard, with the entrance facing 7th Street.

ImaginOn has limited parking available in the parking deck below our building, and the first 90 minutes are free for ImaginOn guests. The deck can be accessed from Sixth Street, and there is direct elevator access from the parking deck to the ImaginOn lobby.

Seventh Street Station: 7th St. between College and Brevard
(beside the Levine Museum of the New South, next to ImaginOn.)
Monday-Friday before 5 p.m.: First 90 minutes free. Saturday before 5 p.m. and all day Sunday: Free
All other times there are hourly or event charges.

Seventh Street Station ImaginOn rate: Anytime first 2 hours of parking is free if you get your 7th Street Station ticket validated at the entrance to ImaginOn. Beyond 2 hours is $3, plus an additional $1 every 20 minutes following. Make sure you identify yourself as an ImaginOn Patron.

Secure Parking: Several ground level lots surround ImaginOn. Fees range from $3.75-$5.00 and must be pre-paid using exact change.
